If you want to start lifting weights but aren't sure where to start or you want some workout inspiration then this class is for you. I mix the basics of weightlifting with some heart pounding circuits to ensure you learn to lift safely, get a sweat on and above all enjoy your workout! All levels are welcome, I can tailor the workouts to everyone.
